Right Hand Synergy – The Adventure Begins!
In July 1994, at 24, an entrepreneur set out to create a company where service and quality were a deeply engrained operational philosophy and not a sales slogan. Pedro Zaragoza, in a moment of deep inspiration, invited and had a contagious effect upon Sergio Gamiz and together set out to give life to Right Hand Manufacturing and then the family of companies that is Right Hand Synergy.
The beautiful foundational philosophy of the company was lost for quite sometime while the impulsive and ambitious side of two young men took the company through a long roller coaster of obsessive revenue growth, numerous near death encounters, and a decade of imaginary profits and soul searching.
Thanks to the mentoring of key customers, a great deal of luck, and the wisdom of time, upon surviving the year 2000 dot-com technology bust, during 2003, there was a transformational phase in which the original foundational principles were put in perspective and eventually enriched and adopted.
This period lead to an authentic focus on inspiring the many members of the RH Synergy family, crystallizing and maturing the obsession with customer service, a true appreciation for quality with its inherent virtues, and the profound insight that profits might be an idea worth considering.
